Meditation is usually done by following many techniques it basically refers to the mind-body-medicine and explains the bidirectional nature of human mind and body cells.it can be defined more clearly that if your body behaves like an instrument and the ways you want to realize that this is the best instrument on this planet earth meditation is one the best thing that help you made realizing the worth of your body.

In today’s world where everyone is following a race to move forward and forward and today when there is a win-win-win situation and all the minds are exhausted as well in this race meditation is one of the best things that can really help in giving time to you.

It has been said that a sound body has a sound mind when you practice meditation in your life you will definitely observe some of the best changes in your daily life. Being a part of this busy generation it  also helped me a lot in getting me life better and made me feel more focused and energetic in life.

Due to this busy life a lot of pressure from studies and daily life responsibilities being elder one in the home had made me so irritating and short tempered person .

I begin to stay away from my family and a room bound person that has made me a person that is totally not acceptable by the society’s was no more a jolly person I have always a bad moods, I stuck into depression and anxiety enrolled myself all over.

In short I was sandwiched between anxiety, depression, and rapid mood swings I don’t want to hear anyone I want to be alone want to have nobody around me.

Meditation: Back to life 

The most important thing here I observed is that the people come around there to have mindfulness and meditation.

Zen meditation is very common and when I asked the people over there about this that told me about the experienced that have totally changed my mind and not only the hippies and monks can only practice but also we can do this to have a better life style.

What most intrigued me to practice is that I saw a woman with a beautiful and modern dressing come over there in a car  sat here for 10 minutes and go back. I was very curious that how she get time for this that how much beneficial is the Zen meditation

. After that day I begin to meditate for 60 minutes a day and after a month of this meditation practice I became a totally changed person. Anxiety, depression negative thoughts and all the things that have a bad impact on my mood eventually went away and I just started feeling like a new person.

All the things suddenly change I begin to enjoy my life once again and Zen meditation has a lot of benefits even if you just meditate for 10 minutes you can exhale all the negativity and the beta thoughts that are disturbing and enhance your positivity and can inhale the best positive vibes  it is usually done with the breathing tricks breathing makes you feel alive and so does meditation.

Zen meditation does a lot for me I really really suggest to practice this meditation so that you can live your life not your life will live you and dictate your negativity into your surroundings

Truth is that in this busy life meditation will heal your soul will nourish you mentally as well as physically when you have time to yourself you will definitely have more stamina and more courage to work.

Meditation is said to be the best medicine ever. Take this medicine and you can increase not just you life but a healthy life span double probably that you could have without practicing the meditation.

This busy life has made the human to adopt totally sedentary life style human beings have become the laziest creature and they can also be called as the perfect liars because at the end of the day that have no strength no stamina to face the realities of life.

This is the only things that can help the human race to cope with the rapidly growing and ever increasing challenges of life and in moving ahead. Meditation is very helpful as it helps humans to have good mood.
